Finally a way to learn how to pick and choose foods that will actually help your body, not hurt it. We've all heard eat this, don't eat this, you have to cut back on this, etc. But how much of this is true? What are the things you should avoid, and when you don't want to, what are the best options? Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle mass, increase energy levels, or just have an overall feeling of wellness, I am confident that this plan is for you. And if not? Well hell, what do you really have to lose? 

I have spent countless hours developing this plan to work for everyone, every body.πŸ’―

What I have found from all of the people I have worked with is that they just want to feel good, whether it be physically or mentally. What better way than to look at the foods you eat and turn them into the fuel your body needs?πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡✨✨

I want this plan to be apart of your life. I want you to be able to gain a strong foundation and a healthy relationship with food as well as learn about how essential nutrition is for your body, mind, and soul.

This will not be a "Cure All", this will not be an easy fix. You will have to work hard at it OVER, and OVER again. But it will be worth it. You will be PROUDπŸ’―πŸ₯‡✨ of your accomplishments. Every time, every small step forward, every time you re decide that the old way doesn't work. 

So finally.
 
Here is the 14-day Rev Up Nutrition Plan. I have included the 14-day plan, portion control chart, how to build a plate, approved foods list, and healthy eating tips. It will work best if you use it 2x for a total of 28 days. After the first month it is best to make changes to the plan for further success. I have numerous varieties available. Remember this is all about building healthy habits, so it is perfectly okay to not follow it 100 percent in the beginning, although doing so will give you the BEST results.  Please feel free to print out and keep notes of meals you enjoy and how you feel, also days you don’t do as well. This will help us figure out how to get the most out of your plan and improve it for next time.

This plan is a guideline to help build a solid nutrition foundation and will really help speed up your metabolism.


It is best to get all varieties of food in organic. This helps rid the body of chemicals and preservatives that can lead to extra fluid and weight gain. I know this is not always possible but knowing is half the battle and you can slowly add in more organics as you go. It really does make a difference. Included on the Healthy Eating Tips/Approved Foods List are the foods that you want to without a doubt purchase in organic varieties, if nothing else.
