This is a question a lot of you have asked me recently. So here are the top reasons why this eating style might be for you. 🍽

1.  Lean Muscle Mass πŸ‹️πŸ‹️‍♀️🀼
Cutting out processed foods and eating lots of vegetables and fruit πŸ«‘πŸ₯‘πŸ’πŸ‡ helps to eliminate excess body fat. It also allows you to be able to add quality lean muscle mass.

2.  Balanced Blood Sugar Levels
Limiting processed sugar as well as increasing the amounts of vegetables allows the body to keep a maintained blood sugar level. This also keeps the body from crashing throughout the day, which is sometimes referred to as sugar fatigue.

3.  Avoiding Wheat and Gluten πŸ₯― 
Helps to rid the body of inflammation. It also works to slim down the waist as well as speed up a sluggish digestion. A lot of diseases have been linked to inflammation within the body. Not to mention that high waist circumferences have also been associated with other health issues.

4.  Avoiding Processed Foods 🍭 🍬 
Once again something is bringing up avoiding synthetic chemicals. These things are foreign to the body and tend to wreak havoc on hormones and can lead to other health issues such as weight gain, fatigue, skin issues, and suppressed immunity. Many of these chemicals put extra undue stress on detoxifying organs which create issues for the entire body.

5.  Cut the Crap. Eat A lot. πŸ”  
I’ve mentioned this before but when you cut out the crap you are able to eat a lot more. This is because good quality food is not calorie dense but it is quality dense. Meaning your body can take in a lot of vitamins and minerals from Whole Foods without empty calories which often cause unwanted weight gain.
Do me a favor, and try to each too much spinach. Have you ever cooked that stuff?!? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

6.  Setting Great Guidelines
This is extremely important and one of the most valuable things about the paleo diet. Once you have eaten good for a long period of time, you are able to detox your body and get down to the bare minimums of what you need. This allows you to then add in certain limited foods and assess how they affect you. For instance, a lot of time wheat causes bloat, or milk causes acne and so on. After a period of time you will find that you actually begin to want foods that were once not as appealing to you. But remember eat a lot of veggies often, and eat a wide variety.
